1752 confirmed cases of swine flu in the UK, 289 only in London up to now (BBC News says), and it had to happen just little more than a week before I leave for the City! Oh crap! I'll never see the end of comments like: "So, what do you want as a souvenir?", "Anything but the H5N1 virus". Ah. Ah. Ah.
And chances are my case will contain a pack of Tamiflu, just to make parents feel safe - heh, not that I complain or something... They're doctors and giving a damn about diseases is their job, it would be sososo much worse if they went totally paranoid and tear my plane ticket to Gatwick before my eyes I saved money to buy said ticket, worked hard to force with several death threats peacefully convince a friend of mine to come along, passed successfully the exams at uni, all to leave for this trip, ya know, damned pigs? You are not stopping me, never ever!!

Seriously... Leaving for two weeks on July 20th, easily my favorite "historical" day of the year: an almost successful attempt to assassinate Hitler and man landing on the Moon - what more could one ask?!
